Join us for our *FREE* bi-monthly BIPOC Entheogen Integration Circle. ✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿
What is BIPOC?
Black, Indigenous, and People of Color – Highlighting the unique relationship that Black (African American), Indigenous, and People of Color have that is shaped by their experiences of struggle within various forms of systemic racial oppression. With an aim to grow stronger together in community, so as to empower that impactful relationship towards the progress of all people of color within this struggle. Not to define people within a single label, though rather to unite people around the many causes in the work for collective liberation, naming of their truth, and acknowledgment that not all people face the same levels of injustice. This stands as a principled intention of this integration circle. This circle is a BIPOC only space.
🌱We are a loving and aspirational entheogenic BI-POC community; from those curious, to those just having an initial experience, to those well versed in “journeying”
🌿 This is a safe space open to all gender identifications and sexual orientations, that encourages embracing of your own individual identity.
🍃We are claiming our indigenous lineage by decolonizing our ancestral legacy, through a growing, loving community with intentions towards healing and “doing the work”.
🌳Held within a culturally respective container of an entheogenic integration circle. We do this because of the necessity for safe spaces to allow the BI-POC community to engage in cathartic, expressive healing within a lovingly supportive container, to navigate their various individual/collective entheogenic journey.
💚We do this by holding space for one another, through an integrative discovery process, from a heart-centered place of listening.
This group will be a bi-monthly offering. Each circle starts off with the announcement of housekeeping guidelines before moving into a grounding exercise and check-ins. From there we move into more in-depth discourse informed by the moment, with optional offering of responses, and final reflections. Facilitated by Kufikiri Imara.

Facilitator
Kufikiri Hiari ImaraKufikiri Hiari Imara was born and raised in Oakland, California. His own personal healing/spiritual journey led him to volunteer with Green Earth Poets Society in NYC, bringing poetry to incarcerated African-American youth. He is one of the early members of the Entheogen Integration Circle, a support group in NYC with a focus on marginalized communities within the psychedelic community. Currently involved with the East Bay’s Sacred Garden Community in their facilitator’s workshop, aiding him in deepening his work as a ceremonial facilitator working with ethnically diverse communities. He initially became involved with the efforts of the Decriminalize Nature Oakland (DNO) initiative to support effective and equitable access. As former head of the DNO committee focused on Outreach, Education, Access, & Integration, he worked to encourage broad access to education and the opportunities to profoundly change one’s life for the better. Access has always been his message for ethnically diverse and marginalized communities in their ability to heal themselves with the aid of entheogens.kufikiri@psychedelicsocietysf.org
