As the popularity of mushroom cultivation grows, spaces to discuss the process, troubleshoot problems, and share the results of various experiments are more important than ever. Join our donation-based (info below) Mushroom Q+A to discuss the above, asking questions and sharing your experiences within a community of like minded peers. The conversation of all types of mushroom cultivation and preparation are welcome in this space.
This is a healing community engaged in the cultivation of sacred medicines for the benefit of personal wellbeing, community mental-health, and the pursuit of new connections to self, community, and earth.

Groups do not offer psychedelic substances or referrals, or promote the use of illegal drugs. This group is not to be used for the sale/acquisition of illicit substances. We are not a source for any kind of medicine, psychedelic or otherwise, but we are a source for developing knowledge, understanding, community and integration around these medicines.
SF Psychedelic Society does not condone or facilitate taking illegal drugs. We exist to provide education, harm reduction, and community.

Seth WarnerSeth Warner began teaching about fungi in 2016 as a lab facilitator with Bay Area Applied Mycology at Counter Culture Labs in Oakland. He later founded the Mycelial Mass Mushroom Meetup and later helped to reboot the SF Psychedelic Society in 2017 which lead to helping with the Decriminalize Nature Oakland initiative in 2019. Seth initially made the switch from gourmet and medicinal fungal education to psychoactive fungi after countless requests to do so from the community. These asks were often padded with profound stories of personal achievement, growth, and change. In this process his conservative feelings and fears were overwhelmed by an increasing sense of moral obligation and today he finds immense meaning in demystifying Relationships with Sacred Mushrooms.firstname.lastname@example.org
