How can we find the diamond in the shadow? How can we explore and integrate our wounded self with the help of psychedelics?
If you’ve had a psychedelic experience (including near-death, meditation, and other spiritual experiences) that you are struggling to make sense of, this integration circle provides an opportunity to share, explore, and understand its impact as a community.
This donation-based (info below) circle will be facilitated by psychologists and counsellors with extensive experience in clinical, shamanic, and indigenous healing practices. We will provide tools to go on a self-exploration journey and discover the diamonds in the shadow all together!
Our circle will begin with an expansion meditation. It will be followed by a 5-10 min educational presentation about a specific framework in an open discussion format, and it will continue to hold the space for sharing, questions, and feedback.
Please bring a journal, a pen, and any other sacred items you’d like to place on the virtual altar.

Sonia Doulton, Howie Whitehouse, Damla GungorSonia Doulton is an integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor who has worked with mental health in London, UK and Auckland, NZ, in both private practice and in the public sector. As an integrative therapist Sonia has always been curious about what else can be therapeutic beyond the traditional psychotherapy models, and in fact her Masters dissertation research was an exploration of the therapeutic potential of acting. Being passionate about psychedelics, Sonia has been investigating how non-ordinary states of consciousness can be therapeutic and facilitate healing and self-actualization. She believes that psychedelic practices, with the right set and setting, can produce unprecedented results in the field of psychiatry. Sonia is a graduate of the program Psychedelic-assisted Therapy and Research at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), she works in a ketamine-assisted clinic and runs her online international psychotherapy, counseling and coaching practice.
